Dental Technology in Our Office

To ensure top-quality care for our patients, our clinic incorporates cutting-edge technologies throughout all our procedures. These modern advancements enable us to handle dental cases with exceptional precision, identify concerns at their earliest stages, and deliver exquisite, personalized restorations. When you choose our clinic, rest assured you’re receiving the utmost in dental care. We take pride in offering and utilizing the following state-of-the-art dental technology equipment:

  • Digital X-Rays: In our office, we utilize digital radiography, allowing us to conduct x-rays with up to 90% less radiation than traditional film x-rays. With this technology, we can capture an x-ray of your mouth using a small sensor that records the image of your teeth and sends it to a computer. This results in highly detailed images of your mouth, easily enhanced for better diagnosis of dental concerns and determination of the most suitable treatment for each case.
  • Intraoral Camera: We use a small camera about the size of a pen, called an intraoral camera, to help clearly see the condition of your teeth and gums. With this advanced technology we can zoom in on small diseased areas, cracks, chips and worn metal fillings with extreme precision. The full-color images taken with the intraoral camera are sent to a computer screen so we can clearly see and diagnose dental problems much earlier than with traditional dental technology. Because images are displayed on our screens, patients will also be able to see areas being worked on and are able to gain a better understanding of dental procedures being performed.
  • Soft Tissue Laser: Soft tissue lasers are utilized for the safe removal of soft tissue, such as excess gum tissue. Additionally, they can be employed to eradicate bacteria in gum pockets, thereby preventing infection and facilitating the return of the tissue to a healthy state. This advanced technology enables dentists to treat patients with precision, often eliminating the necessity for stitches.
  • Telescopic Loupes: During most dental procedures, the dentist will wear surgical telescopes, which are amusingly peculiar in appearance. These glasses are equipped with magnifiers, enabling the dentist to observe fine details that might otherwise escape notice to the naked eye.
  • Paperless Charting: Our office is entirely digital, eliminating paper use for x-rays and charting. This streamlines record-keeping and ensures consistency and precision in documentation. Digital charting simplifies the process, making patient care more accurate and enabling easy information sharing with other healthcare providers
